SUMMARY

The Sr Implementation Manager is responsible for leading the implementation phase for hospital and cardiology group client set-up. This position will plan and coordinate client and cross-functional operational teams to support all aspects of setup and go-live. This includes acting as the main point of contact and responsibility for the overall strategic design of project.

This position will recognize inefficiencies within processes and offer creative solutions and act as a subject matter expert to other Pritikin departments and assist with special projects as needed. The Sr Implementation Manager will assist in the training of new Implementation Project Managers and serve in the capacity of mentor to assigned mentees. This includes developing training and identifying developmental opportunities for new associates.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead project plan development and facilitate implementation phase for new client implementations.
  • Act as consultative client liaison between all Pritikin functional areas and counterparts and/or subject matter experts such as CR Director, IT, Marketing, Billing
  • Define project scope, develop project plan, determine necessary resources and establish project timeline.
  • Work on complex projects that fall outside of standard implementation process.
  • Provide strategic direction and guidance to both internal operational functions and client to mitigate project risks to all parties.
  • Able to clearly understand and communicate client intent decreasing disruption impact to clients current operations and their patients.
  • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and provide innovative solutions to solve for gaps.
  • Meet regularly with client to determine service requirements and expectations for overall satisfaction.
  • Provide executive-level updates and presentations to internal staff.
  • Conduct project post-mortems and create recommendations based on lessons learned.
  • Identify both successful and unsuccessful project elements and establish best practices for project execution.
  • Work with sales, marketing and field management to establish implementation process and operational procedures for new products.
  • Identify opportunities to standardize, document and define procedures.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and provide innovative solutions to solve for gaps.
  • Act as mentor to new Implementation Project Managers.
  • Outline training plan and developmental opportunities.
  • Continually immerse in learning opportunities and partner with sales, marketing, and field operations to establish oneself as a subject matter expert in all pertinent implementation functions.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 8 years relevant experience with Bachelor’s Degree or 6 years of relevant experience with a Master’s Degree.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Project management experience and proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively influence key decision-makers.
  • Ability to lead multiple, highly visible projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment, learn quickly, solve problems and make decisions with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication/presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate people and teams cross functionally to resolve complex issues with designated time frames.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business and travel requirements.
